Question 4 - What did you learn from audience feedback?
The audience feedback we got from our trailer was very good, we uploaded our horror trailer on to facebook to see what other people thought of it, and see if it could be classed as a good trailer, and also see if we could make any improvements. Looking at the comments I can clearly see a lot of people enjoyed our trailer as we got comments such as "class", and "unreal". As well as this we got complimented on the camera angles we used throughout our trailer, this was important to are group as we tried to use a range of angles when doing each camera shots, so that our trailer is at the best it can be. We had another person comment on our trailer stating how he liked the atmosphere we set our horror trailer in, he then went on to say how well the music and sound effects fitted in. This was vital for are group that we got our location right as we based our trailer in a school where people are supposed to feel safe but showed that you can never really be safe when your alone.
The feedback we got on our magazine cover and our poster were also good, people liked the idea of the Unknown figure behind the mask, we chose to do this to show that anyone you know can have a dark side. One thing we got told we could improve on however is using a different photo in the magazine cover and the poster. We used the same photo to reveal as little of the masked killer as we could, however looking at the comments from people our group felt that next time we create another poster or magazine we will use different photos so it doesn't look as simple.

The questions we asked Charles and Nathan in our audience feedback were
Would you watch this movie in the cinema now you have seen the trailer?- yeah
why?-
Do you think it deals with contemporary issues, in society current fears?
why?
What does it suggest about people who wear hoodies?
Is that a stereotype about young people?
Do you think the stereotype would work?
Looking at our audience feedback video i can see the exact reactions of the two boys while they are watching our media trailer, looking at their reactions i can see that the two lads found some of our scenes quite funny as they were smiling to each other, this was not the reaction we wanted in our trailer as it was supposed to be a horror. However the two lads were intrigued throughout the trailer which shows that they were not bored by it, when we were asking them questions about our trailer both of the boys praised it highly and said that we were getting our message across in what we wanted to present. This was important to our group as we wanted to create a certain atmosphere for the people who were watching our trailer, and show that you are never safe no matter where you are.
